We are looking for a skilled & experienced civil project manager who already has experience in leading a team of site engineers in residential construction projects.
Responsibilities
Creating construction schedule
Monitoring of construction quality
Inspection of construction sites
Creating budgets & ensuring on time completion of projects
Co-ordinating with clients & site engineers
Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team of civil engineers
- Experience in working with individual house construction
- Experience in coordinating with clients
- A flexible team worker with problem solving skills
