Civil Project Manager
Experience - 5-6 years
Chennai – Fulltime Position
We are looking for a male project manager for our construction company. A civil engineer who has minimum 5-6 years of experience, who is capable of handling multiple projects at once.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
Handling multiple construction project
Developing and nurturing relationship with our clients
Maintaining the quality of work done in all projects
Co-ordinating with site supervisor in work schedule
Needs to have handled at least 20 staff below him and has to be a good people manager
Should have existing relationship and contacts with multiple suppliers and vendors in Chennai.
Experience & Education
- Proven site experience of 5-6 Years
- BTech in Civil Engineering
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
