Here’s a free 700 sq ft duplex house plan. This is an up-coming project at perungalathur. The exterior view of the house looks very appealing with wooden cladding and the glass creates a contemporary look. On the ground floor we  have a car parking space and study room on the entrance.  

While entering we have a living space and on the right hand side we have the staircase leading to the first floor. Near the staircase we have the kitchen and dining room with a small utility. To reduce the wastage of space below the staircase we have designed a toilet there.On the first floor we have a living space near the staircase and a toilet. Near that we have a bedroom with attached bathroom and a balcony.
