Here’s a free 3bhk house plan. This is a on-going project at Thoraipakkam. On the ground floor we have 3bhk house for renting purpose and on the first floor & second floor we have 5bhk house for the client.Coming to the floor plan there is a open garden on the left hand side and car parking on the right hand side. While entering there house there is a big living room space with kitchen and staircase on the left side. 

Next to the living room we have 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms.This is a very simple 3bhk house plan but a spacious one.
