1600 sqft duplex house plans

Here is a free 1600 sqft duplex house plans which you can use to implement in your house design.  Floor plan details: Client wanted a small factory on the ground floor and then an office. The front side we have left car parking space which is covered one.

On the left hand side there is a office room of 64 sqft. This office room is placed in-front of the house. While entering there is a lobby and two toilets on the left hand side and on right hand side there is a staircase. After this there is the work space for the factory.Since the land is a bit course, we couldn’t make the floor plan complete rectangular or square and also we had to keep in mind not to waste too much space.

While entering from the staircase we have designed a small lobby and then comes a spacious living room with pooja. This 1600 sqft duplex house plans is perfect for a joint family.Near the living room there is a bedroom with attached balcony and a spacious kitchen and toilet. On the opposite side there are three spacious bedrooms in which one bedroom is attached with a balcony and two bedrooms have attached toilets.
