Coming to the floor plan details, on the ground floor in the right hand side we have left car parking space which is covered one.  This house has east facing enterance with a large living space attached with a dining space on the right hand side. Toward the left side we have the kitchen of size 11’X9′ which is a very spacious kitchen.

Client wanted a small pooja space in the ground floor so we have designed it near the bedroom. We also have a separate space for washing machine. All together, this 900 sqft duplex house plans is a spacious and very good 3bhk plan which can be implement for your home too. Near the living space we have the staircase to the first floor. The sides of the staircase are designed with wooden cladding to give a luxurious look to the house.

On the first floor we have a very spacious master bedroom with attached bathroom and dressing room. We also have a small sit-out space in the front side. This gives a very modern look to the building too. On the right hand side we have another spacious bedroom with attached bathroom and dressing room.
