Coming to the floor plan details, we have a covered car parking on the right hand side and a foyer while entering the house. We have designed a very spacious living room of about 300 sq.ft. Near the living room we have the staircase. To avoid wasting the space below the staircase we have the Pooja room and powder room. Opposite to the staircase there is a dining space along with kitchen. We have a very spacious one bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom and dressing room attached.
On the first floor we have a very spacious living room while entering from the staircase. On the right side we have a bedroom with attached dressing and bathroom. From the living space we can enter the study room and another 2 bedrooms. All the bedrooms have dressing and a bathroom attached. This is a spacious and luxurious 4BHK bungalow with dedicated living rooms on each floor. It has a spacious living room, foyer, dining and an open kitchen on the ground floor. The dining room has a french door through which the courtyard garden is visible. This gives a pleasant feeling while having food.
Maximum space utilisation has been done in this project, even the space under the staircase has been fully utilised for a bathroom and pooja room. All the bedrooms have a dedicated dressing room and spacious balcony on the first floor. A combination of luxury interiors along with premium elevation makes it one of the best luxurious bungalows in Chennai to live in.
This project is located in a prime location. Since this is a fully developed area there are houses built around the plot and there is no space to place a labour hut or to store construction materials. Even for foundation works there is no space to place the excavated soil, so we had to do the foundation work in phases and also we had the groundwater level in this plot was just 3 feet below from existing ground level. So it was very challenging for us to work during the foundation as the foundation pit would be stagnated with water. We had to empty it using pumps and then place the PCC and footing reinforcements to concrete it.
