Project Summary

This is a modern G+1 3BHK duplex house built inside a gated community for a nuclear family. Their core interest is to build a stylish looking duplex house with enough space in the house to have a courtyard with plants and trees. They are very much interested in terrace gardening and already having around 50+ plants in their existing house

This house is built using conventional red bricks and we have also implemented smart home technologies along with green building technologies like wastewater recycling & organic terrace gardening.

Project Challenges

The underground water availability in this plot is limited. Even though the borewell had been put up to a depth of 200+ feet we have very less yield of water here, which means we will be getting water of up to 200-300 litres only in about 10-15 minutes. After that, the borewell will be dried up and we will have to wait for few hours for it to get recharged. This may not be a challenge for the family once the house is built but it was a challenge for us as there is a huge requirement for water during construction.

      • Are you looking for a 4bhk duplex house plan? Here is a 4bhk duplex house plan which we designed for our Kundrathur project. We really wanted to use the irregular shape at the front part of the house without wasting it so we made a courtyard in that small space. On the left hand side we have a car parking space. While entering the house there is a lobby which leads to the dining and is a big living room nearby there is a staircase.
     
      • Near to the dining space there is a toilet which is accessible from both bedroom and the dining area and there is also a spacious kitchen. At the backside there is a utility space.On the first floor there is a lounge while we enter from the staircase area which is connected with all the three bedrooms.
     
      • There is a balcony and dressing room designed for the master bedroom and with another bedroom also we have an attached balcony for enjoying evenings. We also have designed attached toilets for all the bedrooms. Overall this is a very spacious 4bhk duplex house plan with courtyard with overall buildup area of about 2153 sq.ft on a 1250 sq.ft land area.

      • We take customers requirements carefully and details into consideration while designing the plans. For most of us building a home would be the biggest investment of a lifetime. A home is a place where everyone in the family would be loving in harmony. Hence designing a floor plan should not be done in haste.
       
      • Each of the family member would have their own perspective of how the home should be. We take every family member’s inputs into account and design the plan so. As a customer it will be hard to see your requirements as a floor plan, so when we design the plan for first time it might not exactly match our requirement. We understand customer perspectives, that’s why we give multiple revisions to floor plan till you are satisfied.
