This project is located in Thoraipakkam, OMR. This house is one among the twin houses being built next to each other by two brothers.
This project is a combination of a 1BHK & 2BHK house on the ground floor and a 5BHK house is on the first and second floor. The client has planned to rent out the ground floor 1bhk and 2bhk and he wants to stay on the first and second floor(5BHK). It is located in the IT corridor of Chennai. This is a perfect place for IT employees to live in as it’s very close to their office and also a rental house which will generate passive income
As with the other projects we also have implemented smart home technologies along with green building technologies like wastewater recycling & organic terrace gardening.

Project Challenges
Since the Thoraipakkam project 1 & 2 site locations are nearby. In this project also we have laid pile foundation. The natural ground level was below road level and the soil was very loose and unstable. Hence we had to fill the soil with artificial soil and raise the height so that we could fix the pile foundation machinery.
This house has a 3BHK on the ground floor for rental purpose and a 5BHK house on the first and second floor

- Both the houses on the ground floor has two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen space and a separate utility space. On the first floor there is a lobby in the entrance and then a garden which makes it look more pleasant and beautiful while someone enters the house.

- There is a very spacious living room and kitchen on the centre with a common toilet for the guests. On the rear side of the house there are two spacious bedroom and a sturdy room with attached bathroom. This is a very good 4bhk house plan in 2000 sq.ft land area.
