This project is a combination of an office room with a lobby on the ground floor for professional use and a 4BHK spacious bungalow on the first and second floor along with an art gallery. It is located inside a gated community in the outskirts of Chennai situated in a calm & peaceful layout. We would call this is a perfect place to live.
Not just that generating revenue we need not be alone in a house when another family is living with us there is extra security for both of us. We have implemented smart home technologies along with green building technologies like wastewater recycling & organic terrace gardening.

Project Challenges
The underground soil was fully covered with hard rocks, it was impossible to excavate with regular JCB’s. So we had to bring in breaker drilling machines which cost 3X when compared with the regular excavators. It took more amount of time to excavate the soil too.

It’s a duplex house with 4bhk and a office room on the ground floor. We take customers requirements carefully and details into consideration while designing the plans. On the ground floor we have open car parking with office room, lobby and staircase.

- On the first floor, while entering from the staircase we have the dining room and kitchen on the right hand side we have the bedroom and on the opposite side we have a big living space with pooja and a small sit-out. On the second floor we have an art gallery, 3 bedrooms and an art gallery. Coming to the elevation part we have kept the elevation really simple and neat with brick tiles.
