This is a compact G+1 2 bedroom duplex house for a single family to live in
- Here’s a free 2bhk duplex house plan. This is an up-coming project at Kolapakkam. The exterior view of the house is a play of green, mild yellow and white colour. On the ground floor we have an open car parking space for car and bikes. While entering we have a big living space and a small pooja space. On the left hand side we have the staircase leading to the first floor.
- Near the car parking we have kitchen and dining space.To reduce the wastage of space below the staircase we have designed a common toilet. Coming to the first floor while entering we have the bedroom with an attached bathroom. If you are looking for a free 2bhk duplex house plan, this one will be perfect.
