The Civil Quality Controller is responsible for monitoring and ensuring all civil construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

• Conduct quality inspections for civil works including concrete, masonry, steel, and finishing
• Ensure site activities comply with approved drawings and project specifications
• Monitor workmanship quality and identify non-conformance issues
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, inspection reports, and test records
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality matters
• Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow corrective/preventive actions
• Witness field and laboratory testing for construction materials
• Participate in client inspections and internal audits

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in construction QA/QC activities
• Knowledge of civil construction standards and quality procedures
• Familiarity with IS codes, ASTM standards, and quality documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Knowledge of concrete testing and inspection procedures
• Experience in residential construction QC and finishing inspections preferred
